COURSE DESCRIPTION

• A cadet program is basically a cooperation between an airline and a flight school. The purpose of a cadet program is to ensure the supply of qualified pilots for the airline.

Cadet program consist of 3 Stages:

• Written Exam: Special Preparatory classes for Written Program like indigo, igrua etc. are provided at Flying Star Aviators by our experienced faculty.

• CASS Training: After written exam a student need to pass his/her CASS assessment. Flying Star Aviators provides CASS Simulator training on a 5 Screen system.

• Group Discussion and Personal Interview: CASS training is followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview

INDIGO CADET PROGRAMME

Description:

We offer preparatory classes for Indigo Cadet Program CAE | FTA | L3 | SKYBORNE / NEW ZEALAND, Air Asia Cadet Program and Spice Jet Cadet Program. The Academy is not just a school that provides ground training, it is an Academy that creates well trained pilots.

Phase 1:

• Written Test

• Mathematics

• English Language

We provide study material and Conduct Mock test so that a student can access himself and learn to complete the work on time.

Phase 2:

• PILAPT/Cut-e Simulator, CAE Aircrew Selection System (CASS)

• Mathematics, Physics, English language

• Physical Assessment Stage FAST

• APQ (ADAPT Personality Questionnaire)

• Flight Simulator multitasking test

• Followed by Skype Interview

• Joystick Flying test

We provide Hands on Simulator + Joystick practice till the student is confident in handling them with ease.

Phase 3:

GD and Personal Interview: The final selection phase consists of a group activity/discussion, and personal interview with Indigo. We provide Technical classes which includes getting well versed in Aircraft Instruments and all the Aircraft Technical Topics. Rigorous Mock Interviews are conducted to boost the confidence of the student.

SPICEJET CADET PILOT PROGRAM

We provide preparatory classes for SpiceJet Cadet Program and it consists of 4 stages of selection:

Phase 1: COMPASS Test

• Short-term memory (MEMORY)

• Mental arithmetic (MATHEMATICS)

• Spatial Orientation (ORIENTATION)

• Multi-Tasking (TASK MANAGER)

Phase 2: CCT (Complex Control Task)

• Eye-hand-foot coordination

• The ability to fly an aircraft smoothly and accurately as well as conducting other tasks.

Phase 3: Psychometric Test

• Personality test

Phase 4: Personal Interview
