Course Description
FLIGHT RADIO TELEPHONE OPERATORS’ LICENSE (FRTOL®)
FRTOL® is issued by the Director General of Civil Aviation, New Delhi after a written examination conducted by the Chief Flying Instructor of the Academy on this subject.
FRTOL® will be issued after the following requirements are satisfied.
a. The applicant shall not be less than 17 years of age on the date of application for issue of PPL.
b. The applicant shall produce a Medical Assessment Certificate issued by Director General of Civil Aviation.
